Our investment criteria is based on safety of capital, cash-flow, liquidity, diversification by location and asset-type, and methodical value-add reposition plans and exit strategies.

What We Offer Sellers
✔️ Closing in as little as 15 business days.
✔️ Upon offer acceptance, our professional transaction coordinators will open escrow and title to ensure a quick and easy sale.
✔️ We purchase properties as-is. Sellers will not be required to make any repairs or improvements.
✔️ If property is not listed with a broker, sellers will not pay any commissions.
What We Offer Private Investors
✔️ 1st and 2nd trust deed opportunities to earn a 5% to 15% annual returns. For accredited investors seeking a higher return on investment (ROI) by loaning capital via a promissory note that is secured by real estate. 

✔️ Joint venture opportunities with up to 50% equity. We resolve due diligence, secure financing, and handle project management, property management, daily operations, and the process to 1031 exchange into a larger asset.
